i'm in Texas now.it's 49 F. kinda clod.i have got pimples since i came here but they are not gone yet.i've been a patient for 6 years.my mom went to see a doctor.he ordered me to ues cm lotion,aloe si,5% bp. no using soap just water.but they are still on my face.what should i do?

if you only have the comedones, You should continue using your topical medication regularly everyday. By naturally, it will take some time to get better.

But if you have the inflamation ( pimples with pustule) ,You should take some oral antibiotic together with using topical medication.
