How much does a treatment with Nd:YAG cost?

Sorry I cann't type Thai now. I have a question concerning the cost of a Nd: YAG. I have lots of scars on my face and it' not smooth. I plan to go back to Thailand soon and want to go to Rajdhevee Clinic for a treatment. How much does it cost for a whole face? How often should I do the treatment? Where in Bangkok and Nonthaburi can I go to the clinic? Please answer in English. Thanks:-)

Dear Unikum_de

For the scar problem , there should be combination treatment modalities to treat . It depends on type of scar as well . Laser ( Nd YAG ) is not the only answer for your problem.

Recommended treatment for scar are
1. Topical cream : such as Vitamin A acid cream , AHA in combination with AHA treatment , that should be the basic step for treatment
2. Surgical method ( for some kind of scar ) : such as Subcision method
3. Injectable soft tissue filler ; such as collagen or hyarulonic acid etc . that can combine with Subcision
4. Laser :

4.1 Abrasive laser treatment ( Laserbrasion ) by CO2 , Erbium that may cause some wound and need time to heal and may leave some pigmentation problem afterward

4.2 Non abrasive laser treatment : such as by Long Pulse Nd YAG that leave no wound

Refer to your questions , laser will not be the only answer for your problem but we can use laser to enhance and fasten the result of scar treatment .

1. Cost of Nd YAG , for whole facial treatment is 5000 bahts per one time ( but if the scar is conside on only some area the cost will become cheaper )

2. Recommend to perform every 2 weeks from the begining step of treatment for 4-5 times until seeing results then can extend the time to every 3-4 weeks . ( Note : recommend to combine with the other treatment modalities as I said )
